Rutabaga Beef Stew

- 1 lb. Beef Stew Meat
- 2 carrots
- 2 celery stalks
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 medium onion
- 1 rutabaga
- 1 tsp. fresh thyme
- 1 tsp. lemon savory or more thyme to taste
- 4 cups beef broth
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 1 can chopped tomatoes
- salt to taste
- 1 Tbsp. avocado oil
- 1 Tbsp. flour
Chop all vegetables into bite sized pieces. Pull herbs of stems and set aside.Cover beef with flour and mix until well coated. Brown beef in avocado oil in four stages. Add browned beef to pressure cooker, then add all chopped vegetables, herbs, canned chopped tomatoes, beef broth, garlic, salt and pepper. Allow to cook until meat is tender.
