1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
1/2 cup maple syrup
1/2 cup liquid coconut oil
1/2 tspsalt

When evenly combined spread mixture on parchment lined baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and turn granola with a wooden spoon. Spread out once again on parchment paper.
