Moist Fresh Peach-Pecan Muffins
Super moist and tasty! A superb muffin to enjoy at any time of the day.
Equipment
- 1 Mixing bowl
- ingredients bowls
- 1 spatula for mixing
- 1 small pot to melt butter
Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated flour
- 1/2 cup melted unsalted butter
- 1 cup fresh peaches, diced
- 1/2 cup pecans
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 large eggs
- 1 Tbsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp. apple pie spice
Instructions
- Mix all dry ingredients together in a large bowl. Mix wet ingredients together and add to dry ingredients bowl. Mix well. Add diced peaches mix and add pecans. Mix well. Place batter into lined muffin tins and bake at 350 degrees for up to 22 minutes. Enjoy!
